Welcome to Lavish Queen Wigs. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of lavishqueenwigs.com and to every purchase you make from us. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully, especially the section on returns: all sales are final.
1. Our products
Lavish Queen Wigs sells luxury wigs and hair bundles that are quality-tested and shipped ready for your stylist. We do not customize, cut, color, pluck, bleach, or style hair before it ships. All customization is done by you or your stylist after delivery.
We do our best to show every product accurately. Because hair is a natural material and screens display color differently, the color, texture, and curl pattern you receive may vary slightly from product photos. Listed lengths are measured when the hair is straightened and are approximate. Curly and wavy textures will appear shorter when worn.
2. Orders and pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is due in full at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, exceed reasonable quantities, or contain a pricing or listing error. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll refund you in full.
Orders cannot be changed or canceled after they ship. If you need to correct your order before it ships, email us right away at info@lavishqueenwigs.com and we'll do our best to help.
3. Shipping
Most orders arrive within 2–3 business days, with tracking. Delivery times depend on the carrier and are not guaranteed. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout; we are not responsible for orders delivered to an address you provided incorrectly.
If your tracking shows a problem or your package is lost, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to help resolve it.
4. All sales are final
For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not issue refunds for change of mind, wrong size or color choice, or customization results.
The only exception is if your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered. In that case, email info@lavishqueenwigs.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. The hair must be unworn, uncut, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Once we confirm the issue, we will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion. Items that have been worn, installed, cut, colored, washed, or otherwise altered are not eligible.
5. Installation and customization
We strongly recommend having your hair installed and customized by a licensed professional stylist. Lavish Queen Wigs is not responsible for any damage to the hair, your natural hair, or your skin resulting from installation, cutting, coloring, bleaching, heat styling, adhesives, or other customization. If you use wig adhesives or other products, follow their instructions and do a patch test first.
6. Caring for your hair
The look and life of your hair depend on how it is cared for. Follow the care guidance we provide, use gentle products, and limit heat. Normal wear, shedding, and changes from washing, styling, or chemical processing are not defects.
7. Promotions and discount codes
Discount codes and promotions are valid only for the period and terms stated, cannot be combined unless we say so, have no cash value, and may be changed or ended at any time.
8. Reviews and content you share
If you post a review, photo, or other content about our products, you confirm it is honest and that you have the right to share it, and you give Lavish Queen Wigs permission to display and share it on our site, emails, and social media. We may remove content that is false, offensive, or unrelated to our products.
9. Our content
Everything on this site, including our name, logo, photos, product descriptions, and design, belongs to Lavish Queen Wigs or its licensors. You may not copy, reuse, or sell it without our written permission.
10. Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
11. Warranties and limitation of liability
Except as stated in these Terms, our products and site are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lavish Queen Wigs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product involved.
12. Disputes and chargebacks
If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first at info@lavishqueenwigs.com so we can try to make it right. Filing a chargeback for an order that was delivered as described may result in us declining future orders.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its "Last updated" date, applies to orders placed after that date.
