Hair care & longevity

Detangle gently from ends to roots with a wide-tooth comb. Co-wash with sulfate-free products, air dry on a wig stand, and use heat protectant below 350°F. Sleep on silk or satin to extend the life of your unit.

Shipping & returns

Orders arrive in 2–3 business days with tracking. For hygiene reasons, wigs can only be returned unworn, with the lace uncut and all tags attached. See our policies for full details.
